The Advance A-List Adventures is our answer to destination event experiences with business leaders who can’t always participate in weekly activities offered, but wish to compact their experience into two or three days, and still achieve the bonding, connections and outcomes offered within the established programs.

Advance A-List Adventures

Who's Eligible to participate in Advance A-List Adventures:

Advance A-List Adventures are accessible to

  • Members of the Advance Inner Circle, complimentary

  • Members of the Business Advisory's Legacy Leaders, complimentary

  • An individual or business leader who's annual revenue exceed $2M

Select A-List Adventure offers are restricted to certain members of the community. Please pay attention to the experiences you're booking, since refunds will not be given.

The A-List Adventure Membership Fee is waived for members of the Advance Innovation Society general membership and qualified Business Advisory's Empire Builder's program only when participating in the Mastermind in Motion Experience.

A-List Adventures will be open to eligible business leaders

who are not members of the Advance or Business Advisory once they qualify and are seven-figures and above, however, they are subject to the annual membership fee.

The Mastermind in Motion Experience

As we roll out new cities, celebrate city milestones and support Chapter leaders, the Advance team will be traveling to a series of locations to engage with Advance Chapter leaders, active members and prospective members.

With many Advance members being remote, virtual, or seeking to explore new destinations, but doing so with a group or members of the Advance family, we’ve curated a Member Travel experience that allows members to travel together as the Advance team explores and supports global Advance destinations, all the while masterminding, learning, growing and playing in new cities around the world.

Includes:

  • A non-refundable enrollment fee of $75 per person per experience.

  • A spouse or partner is welcome to join based on space availability.

  • Limit is 5 guests per trip plus an Advance Team member. In some cases, we will be joined by a guest Business Strategist and Coach.

  • Trips usually last 5 to 7 days.

  • No partial trips allowed. If a member wishes to attend part of a trip, they may do so, but they will be responsible for the cost of the entire experience.

  • In some cases, non-members can attend if invited by a member.

  • A-List Adventure Members get access for free, and priority on trips based on their membership level.

  • Non-A-List Adventure members can participate, including any Advance members and The Business Advisory Empire Builder members.

  • The non-refundable enrollment fee is $150 for non-members of A-List Adventures.

  • A premium of x1.25 is added to the trip costs for non-members to attend.

The Legacy Mastermind Experience

The Legacy Mastermind Experience is a mastermind and content-focused destination event for members of A-List Adventures that affords them the opportunity to meet in-person, connect, collaborate and celebrate together.

These events are open to any A-List member, and are U.S. destination-based masterminds with a focus of arriving, masterminding and engaging, and departing.

There is no cap on attendance, however attendees must be qualified, i.e. a member of Advance Inner Circle, A-List Adventures or The Business Advisory’s Legacy Leaders.

Legacy Mastermind Experiences are hosted three times each year.

Includes:

  • Hosted three times annually.

  • Destination- based events with a content focus.

  • Restricted to A-List Members and approved partners, spouses and employees of the A-List Member.

  • Minimum attendance required is 15 for each experience. No max on attendance capacity.

  • A non-refundable Enrollment fee is $250 per person/per event.

  • Typical price range is $2,500 per person (flight & hotel not included).

  • Can include spouses and partners (children can attend but will not be included in programming). 

  • Add-on pricing for spouses, partners and employees estimated at $750 per person/per event

  • Program attendance is non-refundable and subject to first come, first serve based on availability.

The Immersive Innovation Experience

For our Advance Inner Circle and qualified members, attending daily or weekly mastermind sessions while scaling and doing business often presents a challenge. For those members, we've listened and designed an experience that meeds their needs and desire for "up-leveling", along side the restriction of their time.

We've also balanced their desire to participate in a luxury experience, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and do it with their peers, and the people they want to have confidential conversations in a safe space with.

From this need, we created The Immersive Experience to not only expose Inner Circle and qualified members to their community, but to engage and immerse them in an experience that will engage, enlighten and elevate them like no other, with the likes of iconic brands, investors, inventors and innovators alike.

Includes:

  • The Immersive Innovation Experience includes:

    • International Destinations, usually all-inclusive, with everything provided in the packaging.

    • An Enrollment Fee of $350 for this package per person, 50% off the second person (limit 1 add-on, subject to approval and space availability).

    • A per event fee. Trips range from $9,5K to $13K each, based on the experience.

    • Bookings subject to availability, based on package pricing members booking by their deadline date.

The Elite Experience

For our high net worth members who would like to experience masterminding, along side experiences, networking and some collaboration conversations, we've designed an annual experience that places them in the right room, with the right level of security, confidentiality and energy to engage.

These experiences cater to an affluent client who values time, connections, conversations with the right audiences and ensuring a return on investment for their time with us.

Based on this desire, this experience is highly curated and no expense is spared to ensure all of those deliverables are met.

Upon artfully curating the experience, members are invited to enroll, alongside their plus one should they wish to bring one, and invited to register for activities that make up the experience. Experiences often include local influencers, high profile individuals and access to multinational corporate c-level executives.


Experiences are non-refundable and payment is required at the time of booking.

Includes:

  • An annual adult-only Summer event over four days.

  • Hosted at Luxury International Destination such as Monaco, Bora Bora, and Dubai to name a few.

  • Restricted to Advance Elite Members and one guest, partner or spouse.

  • Max capacity, 15 per experience.

  • No Enrollment Fee.

A Family Holiday Affair- Summer 2026

Annually, The Advance hosts a Holiday Affair for Advance & Advance Inner Circle, The Business Advisory's Empire Builder and Legacy Leaders' members, clients of The Conviction Marketing Agency, Members of the Virtual Business School and the Give Her Courage Brand. This multi-day experience encourages members to bring their family to a destination where they will mastermind, while their family enjoy a host of activities, followed by group time together.

Includes:

  • An annual family-friendly mastermind event by track.

  • Hosted at a North-American Destination.

  • Open to all companies in the current portfolio including Advance & Advance Inner Circle, The Business Advisory's Empire Builders and Legacy Leaders; The Virtual Business School, clients of The Conviction Marketing Agency and members of the Give Her Courage Brand.

  • Minimum capacity, 25. No maximum capacity.

  • Enrollment Fee of $200 per person, $100 per child (ages 2-13).

Included in the schedule of events is A Holiday Experience

with members and their families for Inner Circle members & Advance Elite priced at $15Kpp in January.

Other Notables:

  • Trip experiences are multi-day experiences. There are no partial payments or partial refunds permitted.

  • There are no refunds for packages or fees for any reason at all. If you are unable to attend an experience you purchased for extenuating circumstances, you can apply for a credit. If approved, you can receive a full or partial credit towards another purchase with the A-Lister program or the Advance Innovation Society (as stated when you receive the credit).

  • In some rare circumstances, if the minimum for the trip has been met, or an attendee is able to transfer their package to another qualified attendee, transfers or credits are permitted. There will be a fee for the transfer ($250) and/or fees for the credit ($450) and both must be approved 30 days prior to the experience.

  • Guests are responsible for communicating in writing, and receiving a written acknowledgement for any special needs, accommodations, dietary restrictions and/or allergies 30 days prior to the arrival date of the experience. Failure to do this may result in your needs not being accommodated.

  • While we will do everything possible to accommodate any special needs, accommodations, dietary restrictions and/or allergies, in the rare circumstance we are not able to, we will advise with as much notice as possible. Leadership can, at their discretion, provide a reasonable accommodation or credit for any inconvenience caused.

  • Trips are priced per person and not per couple or family. In the event of a family or couple trip, each adult and child over the age of 12 will be considered an adult and priced accordingly. Children under the age of 12 but over the age of 2 (who do not require their own room or accommodation) will be provided special pricing for that experience.

  • Members are invited for the rates provided. In the case of select experiences, an add-on option is available for a spouse or partner, and priced based on that experience. This is always subject to availability.

  • Your enrollment fee must be paid at the time of your reservation, even if your payment isn't received. This is confirm your participation in the experience and afford you the time to make the payment up until 30 days prior to the travel date.

  • All payments must be made 30 days prior to the travel date of the experience. Failure to do so may result in you not being accommodated, or the opportunity for that experience being given to someone else, regardless of the payment of the enrollment fee.
